Single Car Rollover Accident On U.S. 131 Kills One And Injures Two Detroit Students

A single car accident that took place on U.S. 131 near 120th Avenue in Allegan County involved three students from the Detroit area.  The accident took place on Thursday, May 19th around 7:30 p.m.  According to police, the vehicle veered off into the median of the highway, hitting a  guard wire, and causing the vehicle to rollover. Due to the rollover accident, one woman, Tierra Shaques Gainey, was killed and two other woman suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital.
