The driver of the motorcycle was a Detroit cop.  The Detroit police officer, Sonya Justice, was taken to the hospital and suffer injuries. The aaccident is still being investigated.

There was a story in the paper today about a hit and run motorcycle accident. The accident took place on Woodward Avenue at Glendale Street on Friday night. According to police, the motorcyclist was struck by a minvan. The driver of the minivan left the scene on foot. Police are still investigating the accident.
