Our Detroit accident lawyers advise car accident victims of their legal rights. If you have been injured in a Michigan Postal Truck accident or other federally owned car or vehicle, you must know that there is an entirely different set of laws for filing those cases. The failure to comply with those laws and requirements will completely destroy your case.

If the United States Postal Truck driver is determined to be the negligent driver and at fault, the laws are different when filing a lawsuit because the federal government is the party that must be sued in the lawsuit.  In order to ensure that your case is not destroyed, it is important that you contact one of our Federal Tort Claims (FTCA) lawyers immediately to discuss your case.
