Detroit Woman Seriously Injured In Pedestrian-Car Accident

Our Detroit car accident lawyers are reporting a story in the news recently about an Eastpointe pedestrian-car accident that took place at the intersection of Gratiot Avenue and Chestnut.  The car accident took place around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11th. According to police, a woman was crossing Gratiot from east to west, while walking her dog, and was struck by vehicle.  The woman suffers serious injuries and was taken to St. John Hospital in Detroit.  Her dog was killed at the scene of the accident.

Detroit Hit And Run Pedestrian Accident

Our Detroit car accident lawyers are reporting a story in the paper about a Detroit pedestrian accident.  The accident was a hit and run.  According to police, a 53-year-old pedestrian was struck on East Michigan Avenue by a 16-year-old boy driving a vehicle.  The young boy fled the scene but police found him on North Prospect Street. The pedestrian struck suffers injuries due to the hit and run accident.

Detroit Auto Accident Attorney Files Lawsuit For Victim Of Livonia Car Crash

Our Detroit car accident lawyer recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of our client who suffered multiple injuries, including fractured ribs, fractured vertebrae, and a closed head injury due to an auto accident in Livonia.  Due to the accident our client was hospitalized and is disabled from employment.

The lawsuit was filed in the Wayne County Circuit Court and no trial date has been set by the court.
